Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Analyst — MPI Analyst Program

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our MPI Analyst Program, a full-time opportunity offering exceptional educational and career development pathways within the financial services and technology space.

General Job Description:

As an Analyst, you will interact directly with a wide range of clients including, but not limited to, asset managers, wealth managers, global diversified financial services firms, hedge funds, and regulators. As part of our Client Solutions Group (CSG), you will develop critical project management and analytical skills as you coordinate client issue resolution, provide input on product enhancements, collaborate with data and research teams, and liaise with data providers.

What Your Day Looks Like:

      • Provide front-line product and industry support for MPI clients — ranging from general software questions to specific client project work.
      • Attend a daily stand-up meeting with other CSG members across the US and Europe.
      • Lead a training session (online or in person) for a new MPI client team.
      • Conduct quality assurance tests of MPI software features, client deliverables, and database feeds.
      • Participate in cross-functional projects with teams including Sales, Product Management, Research, and Marketing.

      Analyst Pathway

Analysts progress along the following pathway:

        • Analyst – Open to candidates with limited prior experience. Analysts at this level focus on learning MPI’s products, data, and processes while developing strong client service and analytical skills.
        • Senior Analyst – Open to candidates typically with 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or fintech. Senior Analysts have demonstrated the ability to manage complex client projects, lead advanced trainings, and work independently with high-profile clients. They contribute to problem-solving, process improvements, and cross-department collaboration.

As Analysts advance through the program, they will have the opportunity to select a career track that best aligns with their skills, interests, and company needs. These may include Quantitative Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Manager. Given MPI’s size and flexibility, participants may also have the opportunity to define specialized roles.

Candidates must be comfortable commuting to our Summit, NJ headquarters. MPI currently operates on a hybrid model.
